WHERE ARE COUNTRY COURT APARTMENTS LOCATED?
Country Court Apartments is located at 395 4th Street, Waukee, IA 50263, one block north of Hickman Road, with quick access to I‑80 and Dallas County services and just two blocks from the infamous Waukee Triangle.

WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED?
Apartments feature balconies, open layouts, spacious closets, air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens. Residents enjoy off-street parking, on-site laundry facilities, and a pet-friendly environment. Please view the complete list on our Amenities page.
WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED WITH RENT?
Gas heat is also included in the rent to simplify budgeting. Water, Sewer, and Trash are billed monthly by a 3rd party service. A $3.50 billing fee and a $1 pest fee are due monthly and added to your water, sewer, and trash statement. The standard average is $30-$35 per person, including all fees. Electricity is billed through MidAmerican Energy, and the resident must have MidAmerican in their name as of the move-in date. High-speed Internet is available for a fee.
IS COUNTRY COURT PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes — cats and dogs are welcome! With nearby Waukee parks and trails, pet owners can enjoy green space right within the neighborhood. A popular trail for your furry family is Raccoon River Valley Trail.

HOW IS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OR COMMUTING FROM THE COMMUNITY?
Located right off Hickman Road, residents have direct access to Highway 141, Interstate 80, and Interstate 235 for regional commuting. DART (Des Moines Area Regional Transit) routes also connect Waukee with surrounding suburbs and Downtown Des Moines.

HOW DO I PAY RENT OR SUBMIT MAINTENANCE REQUESTS?
Residents can log into the Resident Portal to pay rent securely online and submit work orders 24/7.
ARE THE APARTMENTS SMOKE-FREE?
Yes — Country Court follows a smoke-free living policy in all homes and shared spaces.
WHAT IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE AT NIGHT AND ON WEEKENDS?
As part of Waukee, Country Court offers small-town living while being just minutes from West Des Moines’ shopping, nightlife, and events. Residents enjoy Waukee’s weekend farmers' markets, seasonal festivals, and the Palms IMAX theater for amazing movie screenings. Country Court Apartments supports local businesses in the Waukee Triangle.

HOW CLOSE IS COUNTRY COURT TO JORDAN CREEK TOWN CENTER?
Jordan Creek, one of Iowa’s premier shopping/dining centers, is less than 15 minutes away via I‑80.
WHAT IS YOUR RENTAL CRITERIA?
Income: All applicant income must be verifiable. The total gross income for eligible applicant(s) must be at least three and half times the amount of the base monthly rent. Unemployment benefits will not be accepted as income. Applicants MUST complete income verification through Payscore.
Credit History: After the income verification has been met, a Credit Report will be assessed. Any outstanding debt to a previous landlord, a prior eviction, an un-discharged bankruptcy will result in a denied application.
Criminal Background Search: Any applicant who has been determined to have a criminal conviction or charge/indictment for possession, sale, manufacturing, or distribution of controlled substances, assault, burglary, crimes involving firearms, crimes of a sexual nature or crimes against persons or property will be denied residency.
Occupancy: The occupancy standard is 2 people per bedroom.
